Our philosophy

Cooking can be easy and fun! That's the good news. The potentially bad news is there's a fine line between enthusiasm and exhaustion. Our goal is to stay on the enthusiasm side of the line!

 

 We do that by keeping recipes as simple as possible, using ingredients that are easy to find, and leveraging the same ingredient into multiple uses. Have you ever bought a jar of roasted red bell peppers or kalamata olives or a can of artichoke hearts or a carton of Greek yogurt or a box of puff pastry and wondered what to do with the leftovers after you've made a recipe?
